Couple's getaway – worth the splurge!
We enjoyed fantastic views right from our lake view balcony, it was like being in a movie! ! the staff were incredibly friendly. One morning, we even had a wonderful surprise with a complimentary glass of Prosecco at breakfast, which made that moment extra special!
It wasn’t budget-friendly, but honestly, the experience was well worth it.

great stay with unforgettable service
The location was perfect, offering stunning lakeside views that made our mornings special. The staff were exceptionally friendly, with Marco going above and beyond to celebrate my fiancé's birthday with a lovely surprise in our room. Each morning, the breakfast spread was diverse and fresh, setting us up perfectly for our daily adventures.
The doors in the corridor were a bit noisy, which affected our sleep quality.

The air conditioning struggled in warmer weather!!! The room decor seems tired and in urgent need of refurbishment!!! Navigating the steep stairs was quite the ordeal, especially for those with mobility issues!!! I found the dining layout rather inconvenient!!!

We had an amazing weekend celebrating our anniversary in a room with a stunning lake view and a lovely balcony to soak in the sunsets. The relaxing pool and sunny terrace made for perfect spots to unwind. It would have been even better if the pool area offered food and drink service, but overall, we truly enjoyed our stay! 🌅

The breathtaking lake views from the balcony were a highlight, making each morning special. Breakfast on the terrace featured a fantastic spread, including delicious pasta options that were hard to resist. the room's open storage design lacked practicality, with minimal drawer space. The air conditioning, while efficient, struggled slightly with humidity levels throughout the day. Lastly, the pool area seemed in need of some upkeep, as several tiles were missing.

Oh, the breakfast selection! The pastries were a fenomeno, both flaky and fresh, setting the tone for our culinary adventure. Plus, the junior suites are nothing short of stunning, offering breathtaking views of the lake that left us speechless. The very fact that you can watch the ferries right from your balcony adds to its charm.
On the flip side, we did notice that the doors are a bit noisy, so be prepared for some corridor symphonies! And the room had that vintage fridge vibe, which definitely made its presence known with its loud humming. Oh, and entering through a restaurant felt just a touch off.

The hotel, while charming, felt a bit outdated. The room had a lovely terrace with stunning views of the lake and offered direct access to watching the ferries come in and out, which was delightful. We arrived to a swift check-in and received a warm welcome from the front office. The breakfast spread impressed with a wide variety and included a mimosa station, perfect for a relaxing start to the day. the dining layout in the restaurant was inconvenient, especially for those wanting to enjoy drinks before dinner. On one occasion, we felt unwelcome as a waiter mockingly indicated we were in the wrong area. The pool area, although nice, needed some care with several tiles missing, making it less inviting. The shuttle service via golf buggy from the parking area was a fun experience, though we found the breakfast seating limited and a bit cramped outside. Despite these issues, the picturesque location by the lake makes it hard to stay frustrated for long. In short, there's a lot of potential here, but some aspects could really use a refresh.

Our stay lasted 2 nights in a Standard Double or Twin Room, Annex. We enjoyed exceptional service from the staff, especially during breakfast, which had a mimosa station. The lake views from the terrace were stunning. The shuttle service from parking was smooth and efficient. 😊
